Q) How can I pay for my clean?
A) We accept cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer

Q) What If I’m not home?
A) If you are unable to be at home when we call, we are happy to accept a key for your home.

Q) What if my clean falls on a bank holiday?
A) Unfortunately, we don’t work bank holidays but we will try our best to reschedule for a time that is mutually convenient.

Q) Do I need to supply my own cleaning products?*
A) No Grime to Shine will provide everything needed.

Q) What if I need to cancel my clean?
A) If you need to cancel your clean please let us know as soon as possible so that we can skip or reschedule your clean.

Q) Will I have the same cleaner every time?
A) We will aim to send the same cleaner every time but if your cleaner is sick or on holiday we will contact you to discuss any changes prior to your visit.

Q) Do you offer an ironing/laundry service?
A) Unfortunately this is not a service we offer at present.

Q) Do you clean carpets?
A) Unfortunately we can not offer this service as we don’t have the equipment.
